Tenant Checklist
This page includes a list of general activities for consideration as you move in and out of Our Place on 168th.
Before Moving In
Complete Background Check
We use KeyCheck to manage our application and background check process. We will submit a background request with KeyCheck. KeyCheck charges prospective tenants a $40 fee for application screening.
Submit Deposits & Fees
Once your application is approved you will have 72 hours/3 days to submit your security deposit and cleaning fees to hold the rental. Submit deposits and fees using Zelle to CTYRental@gmail.com
Review & Sign Lease

We will prepare a lease and send you a link using electronic signature. There is no fee for completing the lease agreement.
At Move In
Perform Walkthrough
Meet with Chris or representative and walk through the home to make sure it meets your standards.
Submit Rent & Get Lock Code
Rent payment is due prior to receiving entry code to the front door. Once payment is received you'll receive an entry code via email or text.
Get Comfy
​
Our place is your place! You have full access to the house and patio. Make yourself at home. We keep extra supplies in the garage. Extra supplies used will come out of deposit.
During Your Stay
Make On-time Payments
Rent payments are due at the 1st of the month unless otherwise arranged. Payments can be made using Zelle at CTYRental@gmail.com
Communication is Key

Be sure to alert Chris of any repairs or maintenance concerns. If you plan to move out or extend your stay beyond the lease agreement let us know.
Meet Your Obligations

At Move Out
Perform Walkthrough
Meet with Chris or representative for a final walkthrough of the home.
Reconcile Final Payments
Pay any outstanding or prorated payments.
Stay Connected
Provide us with updated mailing and contact information for final accounting and contract closure activities.
